We would like to take this opportunity to highlight a few of the services provided by the Society to our members:

• Representation at all Virginia Board of Medicine Meetings and continuous monitoring of all Board of Medicine activities.
• The Electron, our quarterly electronic publication that delivers news to members about Society activities, national, state and local issues.
• Opportunities for continuing educational credits.  Gold members may receive one day of registration free at the VSRT Annual meeting. All members who provide an email address. will receive advance notification and reminders of any VSRT continuing events.
• The ability to register on-line for meetings and to renew memberships
• The Laura Ford Student Scholarship and the Mary C. Harris Bencoach Scholarship awarded annually for students and registered technologists pursuing advanced education.
• A Web site with links to other professional organizations as well as the Virginia Board of Medicine, which issues licenses to practice within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
